It is worth, but since I'm in my 20s I'll try to win time with other methods. Maybe I will stop balding whatsoever at NW2.

I'm not scared of sides, I'm scared they'll stay. This is possible.

This. My derm who prescribe since 30 years fin said he never had guys with side effects (he said he never reduced dosage or need to take guys off fin)

Gotta weigh the pros/cons. I got reduced libido and erection quality. You might not.

Also the vast majority of people stop taking it and are back to normal in a few months max (libido wise). You can literally give yourself ED by being stressed out mentally, thinking you have ED.

I saw some people claim ED is a rare, unlikely side effect. With that said, there's tons of people saying it does indeed cause ED in them, possibly even that post-finasteride erectile dysfunction.

I can imagine doctors ignoring that fact because it doesn't fall into category of what they call ED. Sort of, "if you can somehow make it hard, you're fine", just like they do with T levels (total T 200 ng/dL? That's still in normal range, you're as manly as it gets!).

I'm having a little issue with loss of hair at this point due to factors unknown. I can't rely on USSR medicine and gotta do something. If I'm going to receed further, I'd better be on fin to prevent that for the meantime.

Finasteride won't cause ED if your T, DHT and estrogen levels are in the ideal range. But let's say if you are low T, high E, and your DHT level is average, then your androgen functions are largely depended on DHT and after fin crushes it by 70% you will likely get side effects: libido problems due to already low T and gynecomastia due to high E.

The placebo groups in studies get almost as much sides as the group who get the real fin. There is an incidence in one study where the placebo group got higher % of people who got PFS. Imagine getting ED from a sugar pill with nothing in it, the mind can be our worst enemy sometimes my friend.

I am 3 months off fin and still suffer from noticeable ED.

literally all of my PFS symptoms are almost fully recovered EXCEPT ED. I have trouble getting to 100% full erection and staying hard. Also i can only get like 40% hard without touch. This was not the case before Fin.

Any ideas? What can i take to specifically target this issue?

PS. YES i have bloods done. everything in normal range. T on higher end even.
