you know how there is pretty boy features and there is masculine features and there needs to be a balance or something like that to have a good looking face , well it looks like that all of your features are tilting more to the masculine side from your skin color to your eyes , nose , ramus , etc... and I am not saying that is a bad thing because most teens your age look feminine now days , and I think that you will age better because of that .

idk plenty of teens my age look more robust where I live im above average in that but nothing special

In the first pic you still look old, stop frowning, never again, those lines can be seen from Jupiter. In the second pic you look better because perfect lighting. Try exfoliating your skin or get a derminator.
