Maxilla is pretty recessed, as well as a negative canthal tilt, for sure would recommend bimax + canthoplasty

Surgery will more than likely still be needed, sure the rubber bands from braces will bring your jaw forward to fix your overbite but surgery is still going to be needed

Okay I see, this might be a stupid question but would the rubber bands make my chin move forward some too?? Like a noticeable amount? Surgery is so damn expensive but if that’s what it takes lol
