What accutane dosage is the best?

My dermatologist insists on full dosage. His idea is that you need to build up enough cumulative dosage in your body to prevent acne from coming back. Is that theory true?

Or is it better to take microdoses and not tell the dermatologist? Why?

you can actually do 20 mg for 3 month and acne will fade away, but you will eventually get it back after around 1 year.

I think 40-60 is ideal for most people, I personally take 40 and get no side effects. When I took 80 my side effects were noticeable
