For people who successfully got lean what made the biggest difference for fat loss? Was it steps cardio tracking calories cutting sugar fasting or just eating high protein consistently?

what im saying is like grass is green so uh you have to get daily 10k steps atleast be in a constant deficit and eat high protein and whole foods
