im one of those guys with a wide palate and narrow skull, i suppose forward growth is one of the main factors, and maybe something to do with synostosis like for example brachys like u said

There are lots of guys with ''wide faces'' who would have a ''long face''/''narrow skull'' if they had a longer lower third

But then again some guys just have a long ass midface and will always have a long head /narrow skull

i see it all the time man, maybe not the t thing but they have a high t face but skull looks narrow
