i am not perma blasting by any means, ill go through a phase in a year where im super jacked and big, then another phase where im not really lifting much, just cruising and maintaining a smaller, leaner body comp and it keeps me pretty healthy and youthful compared to people who are pushing size, progress, food, and gear throughout the years consistently.
I see where you’re coming from, and that probably carries less risk than constantly pushing high doses. I’m only looking out for you I just hope you keep checking your health, because blasting and cruising can still cause problems even when you feel healthy.
