all the above. it’s an opioid so it’s synthetic and acts on the opioid receptors, basically it’s stronger than heroin but less euphoric and wayyy more sedative

fentanyl is commonly found in the form of a poudre

take fentanyl on your deathbed because you don't want to live a life battling a fentanyl addiction

heroin and fentanyl are both not worth it, unless you're committed to dying early (before 30) and pleasurably and have no future to look forward to, still i'd recommend you try these drugs when you're prime has ended, and when you know death is lingering and is not far
