What biological, scientific reason is there for white being the most attractive race/skin colour? It is most attractive race in Asia, west and is even proven on dating apps where the most liked profiles are of white people.

No scientific reason pretty much just social engineering and the rest of the world follows the west

Cause white skin shows undertones better then dark skins, you can see the health from a person by his reddish/yellowish/bluish undertones, all these signal something about the person. With black people you can't have this same sexual selection

imo avg black looks better than avg white. and this was shown in studies. there must be other reasons socially

likely a big part of it is historical white man domination around the globe which just kinda puts white skin in a superior position
though some other factors of the top of my head could be:

light skin will get more vitD from sun thus can inhabit northern climates as well as get a tan and live more down south, black people are very likely to be deficient when living in, say, Sweden

light skin contrasts well with eyebrows, eyelashes etc. which is considered more attractive

light skin is correlated with colder climate inhibition and people in the north tend to be bigger (Scandinavians vs South Europeans for example, though of course there are same crazy tall villages in Africa but that doesnt count), thus based on skin tone you can assume height & size to a small degree

light skin ages worse than others due to higher UV damage, which is inherently bad but it can also help indicate age much better, as you can clearly see which women are old and not ideal for reproduction, which men are old and have more resources etc.
