They arent "Useless" they are just more often underdosed/not dosed at all, and there are far fewer people whove gotten results w them as theyre far more new.

GH has been around forever, so far more anecdotal reviews are avaliable. Allthough people report feeling far better sleep and overall generally when on actual GH, so if theres scientific reasoning, educate me.

a good dose of a GHRH and GHRP apparently if dosed right and with the correct type can give you almost what 4iu GH would, without raping your pituitary.

Synergistic effect of GHRH's and GHRP's make them a good alternative to GH.
