What age did you start to develop/hit puberty?

I find it crazy how people say they hit puberty at 11. I only started seeing changes at 15/16 and the most changes from 18 jfl. Only within the last year has my face, frame, height, voice, facial/body hair started to drastically change.

probably not, last time I grew was in January and only gained a centimeter
