What age does browridge grow

I've heard some people say it's 14, some people say it's 16, some people say at 18.

What is the correct answer, and to add; is DHT + genetics the main roles in browridge growth?

I had a non existent brow ridge up until 16 but I started puberty at 15 1/2

Typically middle towards late puberty and yes dht is the main hormone (with the correlating genes) that makes the browridge or for that matter any cranial bone grow
