bizygomatic just means with width if your face from the end of one zygo to the other, this can change throughout a persons life even as an 80 year old since bones lose density and strength, meaning their face loses width, just in case your asking at what age do your zygo lose potential for growth, I’d say around your 40s it’s impossible to achieve more growth than you are losing with age, I’ve seen 30 year olds achieve noticeable bone growth
