By 7-8 your maxilla is much more like solid ceramic and is unlikely to change much

You can look into actual growth statistics in maxillofacial papers. I never said it "stops growing" Small amounts of remodeling continue through puberty but if you are recessed through adolescence you are likely pretty cooked. Find me someone who grew a mogger maxilla from recession out of nowhere during puberty. Doesn't happen w/o frauding
