Reta can actually help increase your final height by boosting insulin sensitivity and improving nutrient partitioning (which is why bodybuilders use it during a bulk). However, I can’t recommend Ozempic.I lost vision from it. I’d think using Reta only if your goal isn’t to drop below 12% body fat, as that might make you shorter. Overall, it should be done with the aim of improving IGF and GH availability.
