The reason you say marriage doesn't benefit men is because you've allowed society and institutions define what a marriage is for you, along with what it has the potential to become.

As for myself I already told you marriage means to me. Nobody is going to have any say further say in it. No court will have any further hand in it beyond the initiatial document, and neither will society. My wife will have no further say in it.
