I would always do everything I could to keep/strengthen my follicles (NOT move follicles around my head with a transplant), but I would consider shaving my head with a full head of hair. This can look badass with a goatee

Yeah, and that transplant would cuck you and prevent the far better results from regrowing hair with future treatments, as it destroys the follicles in the recipient site. Transplants will be looked back on as barbaric, mark my words

Even in old age having hair can make you look younger, healthier, active, more serious and respectable, I saw recently a guy in the bus, he was probably in his 60s, he was short and stocky, his hair was all white but very thick, and had absolutely no signs of recession or thinning, I was really impressed by it - this guy gave me the impression of a vibrant, energetic man, still in his prime, not some old, tired pensioner, living his final years and just waiting to die...
