Do you think I could semi achieve this with rhino jaw shaving tanning eye lightening surgery and fixing my eyebrows?

i doubt u really need rhino its a waste of money you could go for jaw angle implants or filler and a customized chin implant to make it more square and getting a bit leaner. But honestly its highly achievable
