I’m not gonna give some special advise, debloat, fix your skin, diet was big for me following the ray peat diet really fixed my skin, also I recommend bonesmashing you can call it cope but in my own experience it worked good. Other than that make sure you get plenty macronutrients so you develop properly I wouldn’t recommend gear unless you’re rich
