I’ve recently started taking vitamin D3 + K2, calcium, magnesium, raw honey, and raw milk. I get sun exposure, train for strength, and do skincare. Do you have any other tips to improve my appearance? I was thinking about taking MK-677.

raw honey and raw milk aren't gonna do shit for your appearance in the grand scheme of things, it is healthy tho so thats good. Other than that I would try to reach a lower body fat % and debloat

Is doing a debloat and a calorie deficit at 15 harmful to puberty, testosterone, IGF-1 and that kind of stuff

being in a calorie deficit can be but mk-677 also isn't very good for you so pick your poison lol. Debloat shouldnt really have any negative effects though just be careful of hyperkalemia

debloat ur face brother and ur bones will be way more visible trust
 
I do not think MK-677 is the move for you since you should lean up. MK-677 will just make your appetite stronger. I would keep the raw dairy but remove the honey because of the glycation. Raw Honey is basically just natures High Fructose Corn Syrup. To gain weight it can be great but to get leaner it is terrible. I would stick to a diet of only ruminant muscle meat, eggs, raw dairy, and saturated animal fat. This in truth will make you lose lots of weight and fill your body with proper nutrients (Vitamin A, Vit B6, Vit B12, Vit D3, Vit K2, EPA, DHA, Creatine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine, Cholesterol, Collagen, Heme iron, Selenium, Iodine, Elastin). I lost around 12 pounds of weight when I switched to this diet and stopped eating grains. I am almost too lean at the current moment and have started bulking with more dairy consumption. Besides that the sun exposure and training is good.
