Debloat and get darker eye brows, maybe get surgery later on if you aren’t satisfied, lower bf while main gaining if ur still in puberty

Height is cooked youre bloated eyebrows are almost non existent you have eye bags narrow face. Those are the most noticeable things.

About your side your unfras are recessed you can't fix that without filler or surgery best option is filler. Nose is decent you should bonesmash your ramus it's non existent.
