Fasting increases your GH but it doesn’t do what you think, that GH is only released to liberate fatty acids from adipose tissue, you’re just depriving yourself of nutrients that would actually make you grow, this whole plan is sub 50IQ

Debatable, you're actually stressing too much, either lighten the load a little bit or don't exercise HIIT too often, do basketball instead as it grows your fingers and thumbs
doesn't mean you shouldn't sleep but tons of guys don't sleep as well and still grow

Obviously you're young and dumb but again, genetics play a big part in all of this, I mean if you're 5'10 at 16 your have a chance to grow to 5'11 - 6'0 but a guy who's 6'0 will have a change to grow taller etc
A lot of dudes grow to massive heights without doing anything so the sooner you realize this the better but that doesn't mean you can't grow a little taller if you use your brain and do all the things you think could work so tread lightly expect at the most 2 inches of growth from this do not expect anything else, it's not your fault for not growing so don't beat yourself too much, you don't deserve it.

Well anyways at least if you want to grow taller use your brain or out of the box thinking, injectable are very useful not that I promote them but they really are useful but you shouldn't inject without knowing where to inject, how the injectable works, muscle or fat etc you know?

Actually that's not why I recommended it xd I actually forgot he consumed that much sugar lol it makes sense unironically zoomers's height is at an all time and that's because processed foods have a ton of sugar in them which bleed onto your igf-1 signaling receptors which in turn could make you grow not too far fetched but if you don't grow from this then I think it's a done deal accept it and move on

Did that 6 months ago, grew 3 cm, stopped because fucked up my health a bit and wasn't easy to manage that, switched to healthy diet didn't grow at all. I started doing it again, idk maybe it will work second time (3 months from 17 rn)

I don't wanna like mess your health too much bit eating big macs or mcchickens afterwards exercise could help a ton in the igf-1 signaling I was talking about, again, unwanted consequences like acne, skin stuff etc heard from a user saying he used to walk in the sun for like 2 hours and then he'd eat big macs and he grew to 1'95 but jfl I think he was trolling but what he said he was doing is very doable so couldn't hurt also another user said jumping made him grow which I kinda believe but I still don't truly know what actually makes the change pressure on pressure is not how height grows so why does it happen with jumping? All in all I'd recommend what I wrote right before obviously use the "cheats" well call them and be smart about it. Be realistic obviously 2 inches is good enough and when you do achieve it, if you do keep doing the protocol to see if anything else happens. Good luck boyos:feelshmm:
