I’m confused what to work on I need opinions. Not ratings. What soft maxes is there to do and what should I do?
About me: I’m 6,4, 17, Neurodivergent asf, I don’t rlly go outside yet girls do look at me and I’ve had some approach me and compliment me yet I’m too nd and akward. I only work and go gym and that’s it rlly it

My diet is not good lol. Ik that’s why. I’m going to do a full flush out tomorrow evening and do a reset and fast to get toxins out my body the next day. But isn’t tret just as good as accutane? (I got cooked with epiduo from my derma)

I’m diagnosed lol. 2 types of autism , social anxiety, ptsd + bpd - I use to take medication but been off it for a year and can’t form a single social connection with anyone which doesn’t last a week. I forgot to mention the maladaptive thinking which makes me loose track of time

yeh either works. Flushes arent consistent though, they only rly work to debloat. Just cut out oily fried shit and your acne will go away so quick
