I am trying to get a genioplasty to ascend but I can't get one unless I have someone to look after me after the surgery and I have no one to do it for me ahhhhhhh. I literally have no options to ascend. Plus I have no money outside neet peanuts to save up so it will take me forever to save up for other surgeries,
