U need to fix ur jaw do something about it asap. See an orthodontist I assume you are under 16 . You have a nice eye area tho. You are LTN. You can ascend to HTN if you fix ur jaw and skin

Ur palate is fucked obviously, ask for marpe. Or he can suggest something can wide ur palate. Maybe u will need surgery
