You can’t simultaneously say you’re regularly getting positive attention from girls and then treat that evidence as meaningless. If you reject every piece of evidence that contradicts your insecurity, no rating will ever satisfy you

Sure, one person could be being nice. But if it’s happening repeatedly with different girls, assuming they’re all lying is less rational than accepting that the compliments probably reflect how they actually perceive you
