Height: minimum 180cm, usually between 183-190cm

Frame: Minimum lean, broad shoulders, ideally good amount of muscle at a low body fat


You need all this to be a full HTN which is usually the top 2% of men in a competitive scene

By today’s definition of chadlite yes.
Originally HTN was around 1 in 6 and chadlite was around 1 in 50.

HTN being one in fifty is not really a “normie” any more and in my opinion the old rating system was closer to the reality of it. Even a guy who is 1 in 6 is still gonna do very well with girls and have halo effect.

The good thing about using standard deviations is you can apply it to any data set. I have a spreadsheet for it. You’re really just off in terms of face rarity.

Your range for height is right for HTN.
Bideltoid would be 54-56cm for HTN so yes, wide shoulders
FFMI would be 21 - 22 so a strong natty physique indeed

It could be thst having all these together does give you a top 2% SMV although personally I’m not in favour of that idea as it gives too much weight to height and frame.

Frame and height have a lot more potential to failo you by being below average than halo you by being above average, for sure.
