What ancillaries and stack should my friend use?

Theoretical question my friend sent me:
My last cycle was 400mg of tren, 300mg test, 5mg reta, 500ius hcg, 5ius hgh daily and some exemestane and I took a break. I did a cut now and want to start bulking again. I noticed my growth plates are still open and grew 2cm in like a year which is why I want to use the rest of my potential to grow as tall as possible with the Tyra-300. I cannot afford too much hgh rn but for the following order, what stack should I start with and what ancillaries should I add? I noticed I was getting dumber on tren, lost some hair and my sleep quality decreased. I didnt really have any psychological consequences.

Then what stack and ancillaries should he take? you dont have to take every single ancillary in the book and he is already doing dutasteride and melatonin megadosing, just try to save some money on what I really need
