start mewing for maxilla , keep your hair off your forehead it makes your facial thirds unequal , fix your lower jaw , debloat and lose fat

im 15 and hit puberty late so you think i can fix a bit of it? and wdym fix lower jaw

hm good for you late bloomers can grow till more age , train massesters and get upper jaw expander can help with lower jaw too , start thumbpulling follow oscarpatel

Yeah Im probably gonna get surgery when im older but most people told me to grow up first and shit so I just gotta wait a bit

Ive got a girl but still think im chopped anyways, i do eat like shit tho and have lots of face fat and boneless

good for you man , fix your diet stop eating proccesed sugar and proccesed food and get sufficient protein , calories and micronutrients
, you are doing good but not great

I know its a stupid question but any way to fix those or habits to help make them less noticeable?

Get you hair out of your forhead, grow you Eyelashes with castor oil or any other way, train masseter muscles, go to the gym and get lean, improve diet if its not already optimal, get supplements (k2, d3, magnesium, zinc, ashawganda), bonesmah zygos and fraudmaxx

this js mean that ur skull isnt wide and developped enough and its narrow so like I said expander will fix those and for the jaw only implant sadly

can't my fwhr increase during puberty cus I hit it reallylate and im15 right now, also I was thinking about an expander for a while so im definetely gonna get one.

like a 4,75-5/10 cuz of undereyes support neutral canthal tilt and bad bro also pfl etc u got fullbrows and if u got good habits in puberty u prob grow a browridge so they w ill better also no eye spacing problem
