dude you dont understand, its not about growing
theres no "growth plates" in your face, he wants to move his bones that are already grown by getting a skeletal palate expander

and those can keep being open till really late stages in your life

Theres been thousands of cases where 40 year olds get marpe, mse and succesfully expand up to 6-7mm
