I think my biggest flaw are my eyes, orbitals, recessed chin, flat maxilla and doenward growth

Okay but heres the thing. Im 17 but look like 14. Do you think there will happen anything? Because i got told puperty stops at 16- 17. Also can i still get forward growth even tho i have downward growth?
