problem with those mouth widening appliances is that there's no before/ afters
wish I didn't have to wait till covid to get MSE
I'm a little worried about tradeoff between ES ratio & mouth width ngl. My cheekbones are already decent

Get a tooth-borne palate expander then because that's my plan. Apparently it won't fuck up your ES ratio.

I believe that's what it's called yes but I'm not %100 sure. Either way there's like a palate expander that doesn't fuck up your cheekbone ratio and all that shit, pretty sure if you tell an ortho they'd know.
SARPE is also another option but I cringed so hard when I saw the video for the surgery. It just doesn't seem like it's worth the time, money and pain when it can be achievable with a normal device.
