What are all my failos and how to fix them?

I know I'm ugly asf, but I'm doing something about it TODAY. I'm 18, 5'4" and 156lbs.

biggest facial flaw is ur mandible recession and ur palate is a bit narrow. besides that get lean and see then, harder to tell when higher bf%

if u still qualify for a marpe get it. i dont know if it will be covered but might be able to if u argue its severe enough that ur palate causes breathing issues. bimax would be good too

start out with a bi/trimax regarding surgeries, looks like you have a class II, albeit minor. For softmaxxes start using tretinoin on top of the accutane and getting leaner, but past mse, theres nothing other than surgery sadly
