what works and what doesn't I kinda feel the nothing but bonesmashing works or they just give temporary results maybe

yea that reduces my scleral visibility but does it improve it over time or do I need to fraud all the time with it
It strengthens ur eye muscles and it will be your natural resting face in just a few days

Ice on eyebags is only a temporary solution, better sleep isn't "cope" that's just the 1 baseline, if that's fucked up everything's fucked.

it all comes to genes after all I know people who sleep 2-4 hours daily and got nothing so but still sleep is important I know it's like the top 1 thing in looksmaxxing or for your health in general
 
got any results I can see? and also need some routine or how far do I go

A lot of those people are lying. After 3-4 days of sub 6 hour sleep, without those genes DEC2/BHLHE41 (this is rare as fuck, around 1% of the population) allowing you to function on 4-6 hours just fine, your CNS is taking a hit and it catches up to you very quickly. Sleep deprivation is very real.. accumulates very quickly to hurt your performance and cognition real soon.

Also, the younger you are the easier it is to get away with it. I'd argue the younger of an age you, the more important sleep is though.

explain how squinting can change the muscles in your eye area in 2 days. It's like saying lifting for 2 days will change the shape of your biceps????

It's not gonna become automatically tight. When you constantly put your face in a specific expression and keep it that way, over time your brain processes the command to keep doing that expression without you needing to consciously do it. It's like your left arm, it's rarely used so naturally it's still and locked in place without you needing to do it on command.
