Hydrate alot more than usual, if you experience facial dryness use moisturizer or lipbalm, it lowers blood pressure not raises it mb for the typo so it's not much of a worry unless the dose is very high and or you have issues with blood pressure. And for skin if you really need it possibly tret

But I would say like an extra liter and I always recommend milk or juice over plain water
