u look really bloated so id say limit ur sugar and junk food intake. fix ur eye bags, shave, tan, eyelashes, eyebrows, lip care, etc

his eyebrows look good tho dark dense also solid shape

ur a good looking 13yr old

but yea shave , maybe if u really want put under eye concealer for the eye bags on yea vaseline for ur lips smth like that
