What are some foods that are not just empty calories? I feel like I eat and still feel as if I can eat much more, I don’t have a great diet so what are some good foods to eat?

high fat but u will just turn into skinny fat if u eat high fat, and if u eat meat and animal based high fat ur just gonna get the 17-18% bf pudgy look, and if ur not working out actively and doing outdoors activities and cant control ur mouth u will just become fat.

I play a lot of basketball and I am like not skinny or fat what should I be eating
 
Oh ok is there a way to like get out of being skinny fat it’s a hell
ostarine cycle and eat 1.2g of protein per lbs of bodyweight, eat at calorie maintenance or slight deficit, restrict fat mainly and keep the carbs kinda low and only eat carbs before work out.
