honestly american psycho by bret easton ellis is really good. it’s popular for a reason. thanks to the book you can see what an obsession with looks can do to a person and what traits to avoid. also shows corruption and how fucked up the human race can be. it’s a good book, there’s a lot of violence and gore though, so be prepared.
