What are good conditioners for my hair type?

ive been using shitty conditioners throughout the years and it never really had a negative effect on my hair up until recently, where i have noticed more shedding + frizz, i condition my hair around 2 to 3x a week and shampoo once a week. i have not noticed any signs of balding thank god, but recently my hairs been more oily, frizzy and ive been shedding more

You don't need conditioner wash your hair every day with cold water

Use sulfate free. Also try using a silk pillowcase and gently towel dry hair. Hair for me is always better the second day after washing for some reason it sets better.
