Propranolol, or a non selective beta blocker + something that plays on gaba like a benzo. In the long term you should use an ssri + exposure therapy. If you plan on doing some sort of exposure therapy you can use an amphetamine or cerebro before hand to enhance neurogenesis.

Benzos or some sort of opiate to relax, I'd personally go with the opiates as benzos WILL make you significantly lower inhib however that has the potential to get you into trouble.

codeine is light, could work if u can somehow get pure codeine pills not mixed w any other painkillers

Something mild like codeine or maybe low doses of oxy, the reason I put them above benzos is they'll take away your anxiety without the risk of making you say/do dumb shit like anything that plays on your GABA receptors.

Additionally they're not gonna make you dizzy at all, last thing you want is to appear like a druggie in front of groups of normies you're trying to infiltrate.
