What are good treatments for keeping a hairline?

I currently don't have any hair falling hair or signs of going bald but don't want to wake up one day and see that I am NW2 or some shit

I know that finasteride is really good, but I don't want to risk the sides effects especially not now since my hairline is like NW0 or NW0.5,
and I still have a chance of getting my some of my family's genes of full hair until death, but still have a few with a NW2.5-3 and I don't want to risk it

make sure you get enough vitamin d and use ketoconazole

FInasteride risks are overblown and its one of the only drugs proven to stop hairloss.
