I'm having my T levels measured very soon and I frankly believe those guidelines these private labs use are bullshit and inaccurate.

average is like... 650 for sub25? but the average man is subhuman. if it's over 700 I wouldn't worry

800+ ng/dl at least

you should have an active lifestyle and a natural lean-muscular physique for this

So even if I workout full-body 3x a week, if I still have above 12% BF levels, I'll still be low T?

if we judge by forum average, I would say 1500 - 3000 ng/dl

If you are an average unactive men, you should be around 400ng.
If you did sport when you were a teen and still do sport you should be around 600-700

1000 ng if you consider yourself a man

Dont forget than all the extra testosterone is used for muscular fibers (maybe a bit for bone density too), dont be fooled, the body produces and uses for satisfying his needs

The testosterone peak occurs during the exercise for this reason and the stabilization afterwards, but u must keep the same activity level

So there is no impact in facial bone development except if u have insane obesity level

That's a conservative estimation, the mods are dragging down the average!

I had mine tested a while back when I took some extra supplements. It doubled after and I had to stop with the supps and it went back to normal after 2 months.
