No. Her facial proportions, skin, hair, eyebrows, are all perfect. Her only flaw is her eye lashes are too long.

her facial proportions are off. her lower third is way too short compared to the rest, her eyebrows are visibly drawn in with those makeup things, her skin is frauded with makeup
