I think width of the mouth is more important than the fullness but Christian bale Robert Pattinson Chris hemsworth and many others all have thinner lips

yea the width of the mouth is def more important, look at elias he has full wide red lips but on the thinner side and his lips look amazing when they are red in some photos when his lips are pale he looks sick, full wide red/pink lips indicate good oral development, and you cant have red lips when you thin lips therefore, wide mouth and full lips and good color are ideal imo

high cheekbones with good depth and tall skull, every good midface is compact, i think u may be confusing tall skulls for long midface
