Hollow cheeks are one of the most attractive features to have as a guy, they showcase good bone development and low body fat, two of the most important components of looking good.

WHAT CAUSES HOLLOW CHEEKS:

Hollow cheeks are caused through a combination of a strong jaw, and being lean.

Where the jaw is strong and sharp, low body fat will cause the skin on the cheek to become depressed, creating a hollow that accentuates the jaw.

WHAT ABOUT CHEEKBONES?

Very strong cheekbones aren’t exactly needed for hollow cheeks.

Despite this, if your cheekbones are too big and round, or are non existent, you will unlikely have hollow cheeks.

How Can I Achieve?

LOSE WEIGHT. Until you reach 8% Body fat you’ll never know if you can get hollow cheeks. Ideally, you want to be at 10-12% to fulfill your aesthetic potential without feeling like dying. At this range you will know whether or not you can get hollow cheeks (most should).

You are likely fatter than you think as well, so bear that in mind.

All of this is incorrect. Hollow cheeks are due to atrophy of the buccinator muscles. Bones don't matter, it's all about swallowing properly. My lord and savior Mike Mew told me this:

If you are still chubby but want to know if you can have hollow cheeks, take your index finger and slide it vertically from the lower jaw up to the cheekbone. If it gets blocked by the cheekbone it means it is prominent enough compared to the jawline that it will cause hollow cheeks when you lean down.

Do i have a chance for hollow cheeks? I sucked in my cheeks a lil just to see what it would look like .. I’m currently at 20-25% BF
