What are MARPEs effects on asymmetry

how does MARPE effect facial asymmetry? will it make it any worse or any better? does it vary? I'm guessing it wouldn't make a change if your sphenoid is misaligned but would there be any way it can balance out your jaw?(one side being larger than the other)
