What are my acne scars, and how to get rid of them?

So I have had these marks on my face for a couple years, and they haven't really gone away, so I wondered if they were acne scars, but they don't look like the kinds I saw on the internet, as those looked like holes or slips, or uneven surfaces. My skin is smooth to the touch, yet I have these stupid marks. Is this acne scarring? If so, what kind and how can I get rid of it?
