Holy shit brother, mirin the weight loss .

Your biggest flaw imo would be the nose, your alar base is crooked and your nasal bridge is narrow from the front.

Also your ears are flared, so look into Otosticks or getting your ears pinned.

You have a pretty good bone structure and above average angularity, not to mention really clear skin.
