dye ur hair and eyebrows dark brown/black

only other noticeable failo is jaw/hyoid bone, I would recommend hanging ur head off the end of ur bed, then raise up but trying to tuck ur chin in as soon as you start trying to go up, this will work out ur neck and hyoid bone

try it for yourself and you will be able to tell you are working out the muscles. do what I said, once you are in the chin tuck, hold it for 10-15 seconds, that’s the most important part. now do that 10-15 times in a row, that is one set, do 3 sets then you are done for the day, do this daily and you should see improvement relatively quickly.
