good coloring, skinny, good eye distance, small forehead, compact midface .
Biggest failo is lip widht and u probably would look better with more jaw widht but its not sure.

For lip widht theres a device here that they say it can increase, but can give u nasiolabial folds and its temporary. Im not sure. Theres also a surgery but i saw some saying its risky. Mike Mew says lip widht is accordingly to palate size so maybe palatal expansion or chewing?
The easy ones to improve are: The hair, i understand you i also have thin straight hair. Use products to stylize it if you want to let them in the forehead, but if you dont want to use nothing just do a curtain, i would do that since u have a small forehead. And skincare for the pimples. U didnt hit puberty yet so exercise, sleep well and eat well to maximize gains.
